By the end of the hour, you'll know:
1. The most common reasons expert founders struggle to attract the right people, and which one is yours
2. Why more content and more visibility are rarely the problem when sales are slow
3. How expert women end up building businesses that need more of them, not less
4. The high-impact moves that don't require a bigger team or a bigger budget

This is not a webinar.
No slides. No rehearsed case studies.
And no shift-your-beliefs performance designed to make you feel inspired for three days before nothing actually changes.
You've sat through enough of those. This is the opposite.
Here's what happens in the hour:
- Three hot seats. Three founders are audited live. I find the bottleneck, show what it's connected to, and name the first move.
- A lightning round. Two-minute spot-checks on businesses dropped in the chat. Anyone in the room could be picked.
- A follow-along sheet. The same questions I ask each hot seat, sent four hours before we start, so you answer them for your own business as we go.
- A Claude skill, for live attendees only. It helps you find one small bottleneck in how clients find you and recommends one thing to change.
Just real businesses, looked at live, and what I would change first. Nobody can see their own business clearly from inside it. I can, because I'm not inside yours.
And you'll leave with one action you can take in your business the same day.
You are not short on expertise.
You have spent years, possibly decades, becoming exceptional at what you do. Maybe you're in your first year of business, or maybe you're ten years in. The time in business doesn't change the pattern.
What you're still working out is why the business isn't growing the way your expertise says it should, and where exactly it's stuck. If you're still building, it's how to make sure it never ends up needing you for everything.
The bottleneck founders miss most often is the one they are standing in.
See how many of these feel familiar:
- Every inquiry still comes through you.
- You are the only one who can explain what you offer well enough to sell it.
- You're creating more content and showing up more often, and sales haven't moved with it.
- Every new offer, platform or channel you add needs more of you, not less.
- Referrals slow down whenever you stop reaching out.
- A week away means the business pauses with you.
If three of these are familiar, it isn't effort. The business was built around you.
It's the bottleneck I find most often, whether a founder is ten years in or still in her first year, and it's the hardest one to see from the inside, because you are very good at keeping it moving. In the room, you will watch it get found in real businesses, and you'll know whether it's yours, or how to avoid building it in the first place.
Save my seatWhat the women I work with say.
I am Suzanne.
I spent 25 years scaling and optimizing brands in global advertising, and the last seven years working with expert women on the businesses they built around their expertise, some of them years in and some just starting.
What I do best is see the whole picture: where the business is stuck, what that's connected to, and what to change first. It's rarely what the founder expects.
I lived it first. I left corporate, rebuilt the same job inside my own business, and burned out again.聽
Today I work three days a week from Southwest France. This August I took the whole month off, and while I was away the business brought in 50 resource downloads, 10 digital purchases and 8 program inquiries.
I kept watching the same thing happen to accomplished women. They had real expertise, real results and a reputation that opened doors, and still a business that couldn't grow without them carrying every part of it.
Not because the expertise wasn't real. Because expertise and building the business around it are two different skills, and nobody had ever asked them to build the second one before.
The Founders Open Room is the simplest way I know to show you what I see. Once a month, in real businesses, live.
Questions
Is this for me if I'm still building my business?
Do I need my camera on?
What happens after I register?
Will I be pitched?
Someone finally looking at the whole picture.
The Founders Open Room is sixty minutes, live, and free. You will leave knowing where your business is getting stuck and what to look at first.
